CRJ-200 plane about to make emergency landing in Moscow

There are 50 passengers and three crew on board

MOSCOW, June 27. /TASS/. A passenger liner is about to make an emergency landing at Moscow’s airport Domodedovo, a source in emergency services has told TASS. One of the plane’s engines reportedly failed.

"Shortly after the plane left Domodedovo its starboard engine went dead. The crew made a decision to return. At the moment the plane is circling around Moscow to burn fuel," the source said.

There are 50 passengers and three crew on board. The Yamal air carrier’s flight was en route from Moscow to Murmansk.
