Hooliganism case additionally opened over mass brawl at Moscow’s Khovanskoye cemetery

MOSCOW, May 15. /TASS/. Investigators have additionally commenced a hooliganism case over a mass brawl at Moscow’s Khovanskoye cemetery, a spokesman for the Russian Investigative Committee department for Moscow Alexander Nikitin told TASS Sunday.

"The Central Investigation Department of Russia’s Investigative Committee continues the investigation of the criminal case over the death of three people and an exchange of fire at the Khovanskoye cemetery as provided for by Part 2 Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("the murder of two or more persons by a group of persons under a preliminary conspiracy"), Part 1 Article 222 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("illegal acquisition, transfer, sale, storage, transportation, or bearing of firearms, its basic parts, ammunition, explosives, or explosive device) and Part 2 Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("hooliganism committed by a group of persons, a group of persons")," he said. Earlier only a "murder" case commencement was reported.
