MOSCOW, May 8. /TASS/. An unidentified person has shot five bikers from a Saiga carbine in the morning in Moscow Region’s Yegorievsky district, the Russian Investigative Committee’s main department in the Moscow Region told TASS on Sunday.
The bikers died on the spot from sustained injuries. "Investigative authorities opened a criminal case over murder of two and more people. An investigative group is working at the site," the department said.
At 6am on Sunday, a group of bikers and a local resident, aged 27, started arguing near the abandoned building of a brewery in the village of Chelnokhovo in Yegorievsky district. The resident pulled out a carbine and made several shots at the bikers.
Two women that accompanied the bikers witnessed the incident. After shooting, the suspect escaped. A search operation has been launched.
