Over 600 people evacuated from Moscow’s Kiev railway station due to reported bomb threat

An unidentified person called the police earlier on Wednesday to report a bomb planted at the Kiev railway station

MOSCOW, April 20. /TASS/. More than 600 people have been evacuated from the territory of the Kiev railway terminal in Moscow after an anonymous report of an alleged bomb threat, a source in the Russian capital’s law enforcement bodies told TASS.

An unidentified person called the police earlier on Wednesday to report a bomb planted at the Kiev railway station. Police officers, firefighters and rescuers have arrived on the scene. Dog handlers are examining the premises of the railway terminal.

"The police officers have evacuated more than 600 people from the railway terminal for security reasons. They are taking steps to identify and detain the anonymous threat caller," the source said.
