PENZA, March 2. /TASS/. Investigative committee of Russia’s Penza region on Wednesday launched a criminal case on a car crash, killing nine.
On March 2, a minibus and a truck collapsed at a highway in the region, nine people died and three was injured. The police will check those responsible for transport safety.
"The criminal case is launched on the car crash at the Ural M-5 highway to investigate the abidance by the safety laws," the statement said.
