More than half of Russia affected by flu epidemic

The epidemic thresholds are exceeded in 48 out of 85 Russia’s constituent members

MOSCOW, January 26. /TASS/. The flu epidemic thresholds are exceeded across 48 Russian regions, Anna Popova, head of the Russian consumer rights watchdog, said on Tuesday.

"As of January 26 morning, the epidemic thresholds are exceeded in 48 Russia’s constituent members," Popova said.

The Russian Federation comprises 85 constituent members.
