ALFEROVKA /Voronezh region/. December 13. /TASS/. All theories of what caused fire at a psycho-neurology clinic in the Voronezh region are being looked at, Russian Emergencies Minister Vladimir Puchkov said on Sunday.
"Currently, emergencies ministry’s investigators are working at the site. As soon as all examinations are over, we will be able to speak about the causes of the fire. So far, all theories are being looked at," he said after visiting the site.
The fire at the clinic overnight to Sunday claimed the lives of 23 people. Twenty-three more were taken to hospital. A criminal case was opened on charges of causing death through negligence to two or more persons.
