VOLGOGRAD, October 21. /TASS/. Volgograd will be mourning over victims in the blast in a bus, which happened two years ago, the city administration said. People will light candles and lay flowers at the scene of that tragedy.
On October 21, 2013, a bomb went off on a city bus with more than 40 passengers inside. Investigators said the explosion was staged by a female suicide bomber, who was identified later on. The blast’s yield measured two to three kilograms of the TNT. It killed six and injured over 40 others.
