"According to preliminary reports, the hurricane has not ended without injuring [people]. Three children and four adults have been taken to hospitals," he said. "Unfortunately, one child is in critical condition."

"Hundreds of trees have been uprooted," he said. "The city’s services have begun cleaning up after the storm.".
