The road maps for a better investment climate to be submitted to Putin
The businesspeople set forth the plans for a better investment climate. Four out of 22 road maps are ready, particularly those for construction, energy, customs regulations and export support. The developers hope that the steps stated long ago for a better investment climate will be realized this time. The experts noted that without cardinal changes in the current legal system everything will boil down to shallow measures.
