MOSCOW, April 26 (Itar-Tass) — The guests of the ceremony will be presented with memorable medals that cost five thousand roubles, plus a banquet. The only novelty of the ceremony will be modern approaches to the video recording. It is planned to apply new shooting angles, to increase the number of viewpoints to show the inauguration in a more colourful and dynamic way.
Policemen to be tested for alcohol, drugs
The Interior Ministry intends to introduce obligatory testing of the future police officers for addiction. All the candidates for police service will be tested for the use drugs and alcoholism, and the refusal to pass the procedure will automatically block their admission to the force in the future. Such proposals are specified in a draft order that the ministry has put out for public consultation.
