The legendary ice hockey player has said he is leaving the post of the president of the CSKA club over disagreement with the club’s new owner, who is unwilling to change managers of the club, IZVESTIA said.

According to Vyacheslav Fetisov, the reason behind his decision is inefficient management of the club. The club, in his words, has no perspectives with the current management, despite the fact that it has a new owner, the Rosneft oil major. He voiced sever criticism in respect of CSKA’s general manager Sergei Nemchinov.
