VLADIVOSTOK, September 4. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin said he supports a switchover to a one-year budget planning and he will ask the parliament to back a relevant proposal from the Russian government.
"I believe it is absolutely justified that the government is switching over in these conditions to a one-year budget, because it is hard to determine for us, or even impossible to determine how global markets will behave in the current conditions and how it will affect the budget income," Putin told journalists.
"I will ask the parliament to support such an approach by the government," he said.
