MOSCOW, August 21. /TASS/. Russian manufacturer Almaz-Antey, which produces S-300 and S-400 air defense missile systems, will demonstrate over 100 types of armaments, combat and civilian products at the MAKS-2015 air show outside Moscow, the manufacturer told TASS on Friday.
"Overall, Almaz-Antey will demonstrate over 100 products, including more than 30 types of civilian output, and also about 20 full-scale specimens of armaments and combat hardware. The company’s new radar products will include the 55Zh6ME radar system, the 55Zh6UME three-coordinate high-and medium-altitude on-duty mode radar station and the Zoopark-1M missile and artillery reconnaissance radar complex. Almaz-Antey will for the first time demonstrate the prototype of a cylinder-type active phased array," the company’s press office said.
Almaz-Antey Group will also feature at its exhibition site the models and placards of S-400 Triumf, S-300VM Antey-2500 and S-350 Vityaz air defense missile systems, Buk-M2E, Tor-M2KM, Tor-M2E, Tor-M2K surface-to-air missile complexes, missiles from the integrated missile systems Kalibr-PLE and Kalibr-NKE and a wide range of developments in air traffic control and other products."A part of them, and also other modern specimens of military and civilian products that have passed the entire cycle of trials, received positive recommendations and most of which are offered for exports will be demonstrated by the company at the air show’s open exhibition site," the Almaz-Antey press office said.
The MAKS-2015 air show will also feature the automated control system Fundament-ME, a mobile sectoral radar complex for detecting non-strategic ballistic missiles and fast-speed aerodynamic targets, components of the Gorizont-E fighter aviation guidance point and the ADRM Tropa-SMD azimuth and distance measuring equipment as a new generation of ground-based short-range navigation means.
