MAKS-2015 air show to attract at least 400,000 visitors

The show will run from August 25 to 30 and will open for general public on August 28

ZHUKOVSKY, August 21. /TASS/. Next week's MAKS International Aviation and Space Salon in the town of Zhukovsky near Moscow is expecting over 400,000 visitors, organizers said on Friday.

"Nearly 100,000 of tickets have already been sold and the selling rates are increasing," said Vladimir Sovetkin, deputy head of the Aviasalon company

Russian Trade and Industry Minister Denis Manturov said that this year’s show will see more guests than in 2013.

The show will run from August 25 to 30 and will open for general public on August 28.

A total of 156 companies from 30 countries will take part in the air show to be attended by delegations of 80 countries.
