MOSCOW, August 21. /TASS/. Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev will on Friday visit the Vostochny Space Center under construction in the Russian Far Eastern Amur Region, the government press service reported.
Medvedev is expected to inspect the technical and launch complexes of the Soyuz-2 carrier rocket and meet with representatives of student construction brigades.
The decision to build the Vostochny Space Center in the Amur Region was made by the Russian president in 2007.
