MOSCOW, August 15. /TASS/. The first satellite of Russia’s new-generation space echelon of the missile attack warning system is scheduled in October or November, a Russian military official said on Saturday.

"The works on the satellite are about to be completed. By October-November, we will be ready for flight tests," said Victor Timoshenko, the chief of staff of the missile attack warning center.
