MOSCOW, August 7. /TASS/. Russia's presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said on Friday that the Kremlin has nothing to do with the denial of registration for election to the legislature of the Novosibirsk region to the Parnas opposition party.
The attempts of that party to blame the Putin Administration for its own miscalculations are not new by any means and still they are out of place, he said.
"Everyone starts apportioning blame to the Kremlin for their mishaps and bureaucratic miscalculations but his is out of place and runs counter to reality," Peskov said.
"I think such accusations (on the part of Parnas - TASS) are totally inappropriate," he said adding that clear rules for registration of political parties for electoral campaigns exist and everyone is expected to observe them.
