MOSCOW, August 5. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree appointing Alexander Lukashevich Russia's Ambassador to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE). The document has been posted on the Kremlin’s website on Wednesday.

By another decree, Andrey Kelin was relieved of his duties as Russia’s Ambassador to the OSCE.
