Death toll in Russia's Far East road accident rises to 16

At the time of the accident there were 72 people in the buses, including 68 passengers and 4 drivers

MOSCOW, August 5. /TASS/. At least 16 people were killed in the collision of two passenger buses in Russia’s Khabarovsk territory, among them a driver and a child, the regional department of the Interior Ministry has said.

"At the time of the accident there were 72 people in the buses, including 68 passengers and 4 drivers. At the moment it has been established that following the collision of the buses of routes 301 and 304, 15 people died, including one child. The driver of one of the buses was killed as well," the Interior Ministry said, adding that three children were in grave condition.
