NOVOSIBIRSK, July 21. /TASS/. Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has proposed to ease visa restrictions for other countries based on the reciprocity principle.
"I think now we should continue the work and consider the application of the so-called reciprocity principle in working out bills. We now do many things on the basis of reciprocity.
