SIMFEROPOL, July 21./TASS/. A delegation of French lawmakers will pay a two-day visit to Crimea this week, a spokesman for the Crimean parliament said on Tuesday.
"A delegation of the French National Assembly and Senate… will visit the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol on July 23-24," the spokesman said.
According to the press service of the Russian parliament's lower house, the French delegation will be led by French National Assembly deputy Thierry Mariani. Russian State Duma Speaker Sergey Naryshkin will receive the delegation.
