MOSCOW, July 21. /TASS/. Moscow proposes holding a meeting between the Russian and Ukrainian emergencies ministries to discuss further deliveries of humanitarian aid to Donbas, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin said on Tuesday.
"Representatives of the emergencies ministries of both countries should meet and practically consider the possibility of safe deliveries of humanitarian cargos to Donbas, including via the Ukrainian territory," Karasin said.
