Over 50 military pilot crews to take part in pilot competition Aviadarts-2015 in Russia

Competitions will be held in seven disciplines by the types of aircraft, including fighter jets, bombers, attack aircraft, military transport planes and helicopters

MOSCOW, July 20. /TASS/. More than 50 pilot crews from Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and China will take part in the international pilot competitions Aviadarts-2015, spokesman for Russia’s Air Force Igor Klimov told TASS on Monday.

He said six more countries will be present as observers. "Competitions will be held in seven disciplines by the types of aircraft, including fighter jets, bombers, attack aircraft, military transport planes and helicopters. Participants will pilot their types of aircrafts," he said.

More than 100 pilots will perform flights in 12 types of planes and helicopters from three airfields in Ryazan, Bryansk and Kaluga regions. The aircraft to take part in the competitions will include JH-7, Su-24M, Su-25, Su-27, Su-30SM, Su-34, MiG-29SMT, Il-76, Tu-22M3 planes and Ka-52, Mi-35 and Mi-8 helicopters.

The international stage of the Aviadarts-2015 competition will be held as part of international army games in late July - early August.
