MOSCOW, July 15. /TASS/. The Russian government will by October prepare a regulatory base to restrict purchases of foreign equipment for number of sectors of the economy, including telecoms, Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich told reporters on Wednesday.
According to him, the government is preparing plans for "all areas of import substitution", which are aimed at production of different kinds of technologies and equipment in Russia.
Dvorkovich said that this issue was intensively discussed at the Innoprom forum in Yekaterinburg earlier this month.
