NALCHIK, July 14. /TASS/. Security forces in Kabardino-Balkaria, a republic in Russia’s North Cacasus, have wiped out three gunmen blocked in Baksan District, the active phase of the special operation has been completed, a source in the republican law enforcement agencies has told TASS.
"Security forces have eliminated three militants between Baksan and the village of Dygulybgey. The active phase of the operation has been completed," the source said. "The site is being examined," he added.
The counter-terrorism operation regime was declared in Baksan District between the town of Baksan and the village of Dygulybgey on Tuesday at 04:30 Moscow Time.
