Russia’s Emergencies Ministry delivers humanitarian aid to Donetsk, Luhansk

More than 100 vehicles delivered to Donbas more than 1000 tons of humanitarian cargo - food, medications, including insulin, immunosuppressants and sanitizers

MOSCOW, June 25. /TASS/. The Russian Emergencies Ministry has delivered humanitarian aid to Donetsk and Luhansk, the ministry’s press service told TASS.

"The Emergencies Ministry’s humanitarian aid convoys have arrived in Donetsk and Luhansk, the unloading of the vehicles is beginning," the press service said. After that they will leave Donetsk and Luhansk and travel back to Russia.

More than 100 vehicles delivered to Donbas more than 1000 tons of humanitarian cargo - food, medications, including insulin, immunosuppressants and sanitizers. The foodstuffs included pasta, grains, flour and tea.

The convoy is the 31st in a row since last August. Over this period, the Russian Emergencies Ministry delivered to Donbass more than 38,000 tons of humanitarian aid.
