Patrushev and Chinese party official meet to discuss terrorism and ‘colour revolutions’

ULAN UDE, June 24 /TASS/. Russian Security Council Secretary Nikolay Patrushev and Meng Jianzhu, the Secretary for Political and Legal Affairs of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, held consultations on Wednesday. They discussed how to deal with terrorism and "colour revolutions" and avert interference in the internal affairs of sovereign states, the Russian Security Council’s press service said.

Representatives of the ministries of foreign affairs, justice and internal affairs; the Russian Federal Security Service, the Prosecutor General’s Office, the Russian Investigation Committee and other agencies took part in the consultations held ahead of an international meeting of high-ranking security officials that will open in Ulan Ude, the capital of the Russian Republic of Buryatia, on Wednesday.
