MOSCOW, June 24. /TASS/. Head of the Federation Council Committee on International Affairs Konstantin Kosachev has suggested creating a patriotic stop list of foreign non-governmental organizations (NGOs).
"It’s high time Russia compiled its own list of foreign non-governmental organizations meddling in our internal affairs, a patriotic stop list of its kind," the senator told the meeting of the Federation Council, the upper house of the Russian parliament.
"To prevent another collapse meaning the country’s defeat the country should keep under effective control the work of external players on Russia’s social and political space. Actually, this is what these external players do in their home countries," Kosachev said.
