One man hurt in household gas explosion in Moscow region

MOSCOW, June 21. /TASS/. One man was hurt in a household gas explosion in an apartment house in the Moscow region, a police spokesman told TASS on Sunday.

"A household gas explosion occurred in a ground-floor apartment in in the town of Fryazino outside Moscow when its dweller was switching on the gas-stove. The explosion was caused by gas leakage. No fire followed. The explosion broke the windows in the apartment. The man was hurt and taken to hospital," the spokesman said.
