NIZHNY NOVGOROD, June 5 /TASS/. Scott Blacklin, the former head of the US Chamber of Commerce in Russia, will leave Russia for abroad on Friday evening, the Federal Bailiff Service department for Nizhny Novgorod told TASS.
"The foreigner will be delivered to a passport control area at the Nizhny Novgorod airport. He will take a night flight abroad," the Federal Bailiff Service said without any further details.
