Russian lawmaker convinced West started new propaganda campaign against Russia

Sergey Naryshkin mentioned reports of Russian trace in the crash of the Malaysian Boeing and allegations of Russian troops' presence in east Ukraine

MOSCOW, June 5. /TASS/. The chairman of the State Duma, the lower house of Russia’s parliament, Sergey Naryshkin said he is convinced the West has started a new propaganda campaign against Russia.

"Everything is piled: regular lies about the alleged Russian trace in the crash of the Malaysian Boeing, about the [alleged] dispatch of our troops to Ukraine’s southeast, our ‘ardent’ desire to confront Europe, etc.," Naryshkin wrote in an article in the Izvestia daily.

"The fact that the current campaign to defame Russia, timed to the June summit of the EU, where the issue of sanctions could be raised again, is made in USA again and is coordinated from there, is absolutely clear," he wrote.
