NIZHNY NOVGOROD, June 4 /TASS/. Scott Blacklin, the former head of the US Chamber of Commerce in Russia, did not challenge a decision to expel him from Russia , a source at a district court in Nizhny Novgorod that heard the case on Thursday told TASS.
"The court has not received any appeals," a court representative said.
The Sormovsky court in Nizhny Novgorod ruled to expel Blacklin from the country on June 5 for violation of rules of entry into Russia. The US citizen is staying in a temporary removal center for foreigners in Nizhny Novgorod.
The Service of Court Bailiffs whose task is to expel foreigners from Russia has not received any documents from the court so far, the press service of the Court Bailiffs Service department for Nizhny Novgorod told TASS.
