ST.PETERSBURG, May 27 /TASS/. A US Department of Defense employee has been taken to a St. Petersburg court for violation of Russian visa regulations, city law enforcers told TASS on Wednesday.
"He is a civil employee of the US Defense Department," the source said.
He explained that the foreigner had stayed in St. Petersburg on a tourist visa but was engaged in activities that he was not supposed to do as a tourist.
TASS does not have any official confirmation of the information so far.
