MOSCOW, May 16. /TASS/. Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has ordered to set up a commission for identifying those responsible for an abortive launch of the Proton-M carrier rocket, the prime minister’s spokeswoman, Natalia Timakova, said on Saturday.
"Roscosmos [Russia’s space authority] head Komarov notified the prime minister by phone about the abnormal situation following the Proton carrier launch and also about supposed causes," Timakova said.
"The prime minister has issued an order to create a commission for establishing exact causes of the accident and upon the results of this work to submit proposals on personal and financial responsibility for this accident," she said.
