MOSCOW, May 8. /TASS/. The protection of Moscow and the Central Industrial District will be tightened from the air during the celebrations of the 70th anniversary of the Soviet Union’s Victory over Nazi Germany in WWII, a source in the Defense Ministry said on Friday.
"On May 9-10, as foreign guests stay in Moscow and festive events are held, protective measures will be enhanced to exclude any provocations," the source said.
The army "will increase the number of on-duty forces and means, aviation, air defense, missile and technical capabilities," the source said.
"Specific structures will be additionally deployed to deal with this issue," the source said.
