MOSCOW, May 5. /TASS/. Russian military will plant more than 150 targets at the Alabino testing range near Moscow, selected as the venue of the Army-2015 show for demonstrating the firepower of Russia’s combat vehicles, such as T-72B3 tanks and the newest vehicles of Russia’s airborne troops, the Defense Ministry’s press-service said.

"The newest samples of combat vehicles will be demonstrated at the routes of the Tank Biathlon test site, with live ammunition fired at various distances with all types of weapons and ammunition against more than 150 stationary and moving targets," the Defense Ministry’s spokesman said.
The spectators will be able to see the firepower of the T-72B3 and T-80U main battle tanks, BTR-82A armored vehicles, the newest armored personnel carrier BTR-MDM and airborne troops combat vehicle BMD-4M, mechanized infantry combat vehicle BMP-3, self-propelled artillery pieces Msta-S and Sprut, and also heavy flame-throwing systems.
Twenty five firing positions have been arranged for at Alabino for demonstrating the capabilities of small arms.
"Time has been reserved for letting foreign delegations take part in testing the samples of military equipment and weapons they may find of interest. On June 17 and 18 guests will be able to have a chance of getting acquainted more closely with the field worthiness and firepower parameters of different weapons, equipment and small arms," the Defense Ministry said.
The international military show Army-2015 will be held near Moscow on June 16-19.
