VLADIVOSTOK, April 26. /TASS/. President Vladimir Putin believes he has not lost points of contact with reality and he is quite aware of what life outside of the presidential is like.
He said it in a documentary film titled ‘The President’ that was aired by Rossiya One channel on the occasion of the 15th anniversary since his accession to the upper echelons of state power.
"I can vision life away from this executive position perfectly well," Putin said.
"Incidentally, this isn’t a random issue at all," he said answering a question on whether existence without presidency was conceivable for him. "Actually speaking, it’s like a litmus test, I think."
"If a person can return to an ordinary apartment and live there instead of residing in the palace parlours, then I think he hasn’t lost rapport with the world around him," Putin indicated.
