MAKHACHKALA, April 19. /TASS/. Law enforcers are storming a house in a suburb of Buinaksk, Russia’s North Caucasian Republic of Dagestan, where militants are hiding, a source in law-enforcement agencies told TASS on Sunday.
"After talks, children were evacuated from the house at about 16:20. Gunmen refused to surrender and opened fire. The House is being stormed," the source said.
A counter-terrorist operation regime was imposed in Buinaksk at nine in the morning on Sunday. Law enforcers have blocked a private house in Buinaksk’s Gerei-Avlak suburb to neutralize militants hiding there.
