MOSCOW, April 15. /TASS/.Troops of Russia’s Central Military District will participate in joint manoeuvres of special force units of the armed forces of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) member states, Colonel Yaroslav Roshchupkin, an aide to the district commander, told reporters on Wednesday.
"The exercise will be held from April 21 to 25 in the Chuy region of Kyrgyzstan. The troops will drill interaction in a special operation in mountainous terrain," he said.
According to Roshchupkin, the exercise, in addition to the Kyrgyz and Russian troops, will also involve servicemen of the armed forces of Kazakhstan, China and Tajikistan.
