MOSCOW, April 11. /TASS/. A car of the Kirov region’s Governor Nikita Belykh has hit a pedestrian, a police source told TASS on Saturday.
‘The governor was presumably in the car during the accident," he said noting that a driver but not the governor had been at the wheel.
"The pedestrian has been hospitalised with serious injuries," he said adding the accident took place in the region’s countryside.
Along with this, the regional police’s press service confirmed that there was a traffic accident but did not identified the sides involved.
