MOSCOW, April 11. /TASS/. Russia’s cyber police have detained a criminal ring of hackers stealing money from bank cards with the help of a virus programme, the Russian Interior Ministry’s press office told TASS on Saturday.
After the detention, 50-million-rouble damage ($938,000) has been avoided for bank clients
"Investigators managed to trail the virus writers," the spokesperson said. "A 25-year-old resident of Urals city of Chelyabinsk was among four other culprits who were all detained.".
