MOSCOW, April 11. /TASS/. Russia’s Emergencies Ministry is forming the 24th humanitarian aid convoy for Donbass, the ministry’s national center for crisis situations management said on Saturday.
"The Emergencies Ministry has started forming the next convoy. On Monday, April 13, the vehicles carrying humanitarian aid cargo for the citizens of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions will leave the Noginsk rescue center of the Emergencies Ministry for the Rostov region," a spokesperson said.
The vehicles from other regions will later join the trucks from Noginsk in the Donskoy rescue center in the Rostov region. After the humanitarian aid convoy is formed, it will be sent to Donbass.
