MOSCOW, April 8. /TASS/. A ceremony of public presentation of top-rank officers of the Russian Armed Forces will be held in Moscow on Thursday, President Putin’s press secretary Dmitry Peskov told reporters on Wednesday.
"We’ll hold a ceremony of public presentation of the newly appointed top-rank officers," he said, adding the newly appointed generals would be introduced to public. "This is a ceremonial but quite meaningful function."
Peskov said Putin’s schedule for Thursday also included a working meeting with the director of the Federal Tax Service, Mikhail Mishustin.
