MOSCOW, April 7. /TASS/. Russia and China agree that there is great potential for practical cooperation between the two nations, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi said on Tuesday after talks with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov.
"We are ready to seek out further opportunities for linking China’s initiative to create a Silk Road Economic Belt with Russia’s initiative to develop integration processes in Eurasia, including plans to build a Eurasian corridor to reveal new points of growth for bilateral cooperation," Wang said, adding that this "could give new impetus to progress and prosperity in Eurasia".
