HANOI, April 6. /TASS/. Russian-Vietnamese talks involving Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev have kicked off in Hanoi.
The talks were preceded by the official ceremony of Medvedev’s meeting with Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung. The Russian premier hailed the Vietnamese delegation members in front of the presidential palace, after which they headed to the Vietnamese government office for negotiations.
Extended format talks are also scheduled. The sides are expected to sign a number of joint documents.
