MOSCOW, March 19 /TASS/. Russia and Argentina have agreed on further steps to develop military cooperation, the Russian Defense Ministry press service said on Wednesday.
Russian Deputy Defense Minister Anatoly Antonov had a meeting with Argentinian ambassador to Moscow Pablo Tettamanti to discuss the state and prospects of development of military cooperation in the spirit of strategic partnership.

Special attention was paid to the Argentine defense minister’s participation in the IV Moscow international security conference to be held on April 16-17, the Russian Defense Ministry said.

Defense ministers and delegations of some 80 countries, including NATO member states, have been invited to attend the fourth Moscow security conference set for April 16-17. Defense ministers of 15 countries have confirmed participation in the security conference. Russian Deputy Defense Minister Anatoly Antonov said earlier that Ukraine had not been invited to avoid tensions at the conference.
