KAZAN, March 15. /TASS/. A rescue operation after a sever fire at a shopping mall in the city of Kazan will be over on Tuesday, March 17, Igor Panshin, the chief of the Volga region centre of the Russian emergencies ministry, said on Sunday.
"We hope to finish rescue works by Tuesday morning," he told TASS.
