MOSCOW: February 25. /TASS/. The Moscow City Court on Wednesday upheld a lower court's ruling that former Ukrainian pilot Nadezhda Savchenko should remain in custody till May 13.

The court dismissed the appeal of Savchenko's lawyers against her arrest.

Savchenko, who is currently on a hunger strike, has been charged with complicity in the death of two Russian journalists near Luhansk in eastern Ukraine and with illegal border crossing.
