MOSCOW, February 19. /TASS/. Russian President's press secretary Dmitry Peskov said on Thursday he doubted very much that Britain's Defense Secretary Michael Fallon understood full well what he was saying as he drew a comparison between Russia and Islamic State.

"A person who found it possible to say this scarcely understood the substance of what he was saying," Peskov said in an interview with the Russian News Service radio.
